Servant Camp Registration
Dear Parents, Campers and Staff,
This summer, Servant Camp is partnering with CampDoc.com to better serve our campers and staff. CampDoc.com offers online registration and an electronic health record system for camps. You can now register your camper and complete their health information all in one place.
The security and privacy of your camper's health information is important to us. The CampDoc.com site is secure, encrypted, and password protected. Only Servant Camp's health staff will have access to camper health information.
Once you sign up for a CampDoc.com account, you will be able to register your camper and make payments online. Afterwards, you will receive more information on how to complete your camper’s health profile. We’re excited to let you know that your camper’s health information will save from year-to-year, so once you complete it in CampDoc.com this season, you won’t have to start from scratch next year.
CampDoc.com sends out periodic reminder emails for outstanding balances and incomplete health information. These notifications will come from campdoc.com, so please add this to your safe sender list to avoid accidental delivery to junk and spam folders. We don’t want you to miss important notices about camp!
Payment to Servant Camp will show up as “Dot Network LLC” on credit cards and bank statements.
Please note that CampDoc.com supports the current and previous major releases of Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari which provide improved security and performance for health information.

Please have the items below on hand as you will be asked for this information during registration:
- Select participants’ grade level based on the grade they are entering in Fall 2021
- Payment to cover all camp participants
- Medical and Contact Information
- Tetanus Immunization Date
- Insurance Information
- Selection of Preferred T-Shirt Sizes
To Register:
Visit CampDoc: Register all participants via the CampDoc Servant Camp Registration website.
You will be asked to provide camper & contact information, dietary needs, payment information, health & insurance information along with your authorization.
Important note: After registering one camper, please click the “New Participant” button for each additional participant registering for camp.
You will be assured a camp spot when we receive all completed registrations including all forms and full fees for each camper by July 1st.
If you need to cancel after you have completed registration, you will receive a full refund—$25.
Any request for a refund must be postmarked by July 15th.
